Easy Returns

RETURNS, EXCHANGE, REFUND

In case you are not satisfied with our product, or the product is defective, you may request a Return Material Pre-Authorization (RMPA) within 15 days from the order date to return the product(s) to OUD BANK.

Exclusions
• Used or opened products.

Please contact us to obtain a Return Material Pre-Authorization (RMPA) before processing a return. RMPA approvals are valid for 15 days from the order date.

If a return is due to a product malfunction, manufacturing defect, delivery damage, or delivery of the wrong product, the customer will not be charged shipment or bank-transfer fees. For other returns, including exchanges or change-of-mind returns, shipment and/or bank-transfer fees will be charged to the customer.

For a return, the product must be in its original packaging with the full set of included accessories. We do not accept products that have been used or damaged through misuse. Any return, exchange, or refund process may take up to 15 working days. At our sole discretion, we may consider returns that do not meet the criteria above.
