Shipping, Delivery and Collection

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a clear delivery address. The delivery address must include the building, villa, or flat number, street name, town, city, landmark notes, postal code, a valid telephone number, and the full contact name(s) required by the order form.

Before placing an order, please review the product description carefully. You must agree to the conditions of sale included in My Shopping Cart and the Product Information, Stock and Pricing terms.

Orders are shipped by our courier partner on working days and dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days. Delivery times may vary based on the delivery option selected and the destination.

Shipping charges

Shipping options and charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. We do not offer free shipping or a fixed shipping charge.

If payment was made by credit card, any eligible refund will be returned to the same account and a confirmation email will be sent.

In cases of return or exchange, bank fees, transfer fees, and shipping costs may be deducted from the customer where applicable.
