FLOWERS OUD

Shipping options, delivery times, and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

For delivery, shipping, return, or refund assistance, please contact customerservice@oudbank.com.

The Oud Bank takes responsibility if a product arrives damaged or broken, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong product is supplied. After reviewing the case, we will arrange a replacement or a refund of the product price with you and cover the necessary return or replacement shipping costs and any bank-transfer fees associated with resolving the issue. These costs will not be charged to the customer.

Document the issue with a photo or video and your order number via WhatsApp or customerservice@oudbank.com. Coverage for defects, damage or breakage on arrival, or incorrect items also applies to products excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Eligible change-of-mind requests may be made within 15 days of the order date, subject to the conditions, fees and exclusions in our Return and Refund Policy. These conditions do not limit statutory consumer rights.
